Parcel locker

May 15, 2017 - Co-ownerships comprising 60 units or more will henceforth have at their disposal a parcel locker, secured and installed in the co-ownership entrance hall. Parcels may be kept therein during the absence of a co-owner, who will no longer have to go out to collect a delivery not handed over by the postman when there is nobody home.
At a time when online shopping is on the rise, this innovation is no longer a luxury. Moreover, it can also be used to mail letters, by means of a mail slot, which will prevent the sender from going to a mail box outside his building.
To avail oneself of this option, a syndicate of co-owners must file an application with Canada Post, by duly completing the appropriate form.
