December 15, 2015 - Laurent Emery was recently appointed Director General of RGCQ. The board of directors of the non-profit organization announced it today.
A graduate in business administration from HEC Montreal, Laurent Emery works at RGCQ since 2013. He was at first the coordinator of the Montreal Chapter, and then became head of development for a year.
The position of DG of RGCQ has just been created. It is part of the reorganization that will be implemented in the coming months. "Laurent Emery has the abilities to fill this position. His rallying skills will undoubtedly facilitate the implementation of the upcoming changes, “states RGCQ.”
An organization whose growth has accelerated at a dizzying pace, RGCQ has to broaden its horizons for several reasons, one of which is the legislative reform of co-ownership, which will eventually be promulgated by the Minister of Justice. This reform will involve a major restructuring of the RGCQ.
