A chartered accountant since 1992, she has specialized in carrying out insurance mandates, review missions and notices to readers, notably as an auditor for several syndicates of co-ownership in Montreal, Île-des-Sœurs, Laval and Mont-Tremblant. She also handles corporate, personal and estate tax planning and financial forecasting. After 11 years as a partner at Lussier Séguin CPA L.P., s.r.l., she founded a new firm specializing in condominium financing, Désormeaux Patenaude inc. In 2014, she received the recognition award from the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec for the exemplary volunteer contribution of a member. In 2015, she joined the RGCQ Board of Directors and participated in the implementation of major projects including the Standardized Contingency Fund Study and the Condo Index.
