Call for tenders

Procedure by which a syndicate of co-owners indicates its desire to obtain proposals in order to look for the best price-quality ratio for the purpose of allocating a contract. The call for tenders can be:

•         public : where all interested companies have the opportunity to submit a tender;
•         by invitation: where only the companies selected by the syndicate of co-owners are eligible to submit a tender.
