Definition : Administrative Tribunal of Québec

Tribunal, created by the Act respecting administrative justice, exercising its jurisdiction over appeals filed by citizens against decisions rendered by the Public Administration. It is, inter alia, responsible for ruling on appeals relating to property assessment, the determination of compensation arising from the imposition of reserves for public purposes or expropriation or damage caused by public works.
