Definition : Subscription

To take out, with an insurance company, an insurance policy which determines without limitation:

• The person and the property insured;
• The covered risks, as well as the limits and conditions of application and of exclusion of certain guarantees;
• The premium that the insured must pay to the insurer;
• The entry into force, the term and the renewal of the policy.
