A right that allows co-owners to freely and collectively use and enjoy the common portions and individually regarding their private portions, on the condition that they respect the by-laws of the immovable and to not infringe the rights' of the co-owners to enjoy them in the same way nor the destination of the immovable. This right is exercised without discrimination since no account is taken of each co-owner's share in the common portions.
