Action of the “registraire des entreprises du Québec (REQ)” (Québec Enterprise Registrar) by which he reinstates the “numéro d'entreprise du Québec (NEQ)” (Québec enterprise number) which had been attributed to a syndicate of co-owners at the time of its registration.
