Definition : Patrimony

All the assets, rights and obligations of a syndicate of co-owners. Wealth is a whole made up of assets and liabilities. It includes, in particular, all movable and ancillary property acquired by the syndicate for the benefit of the co-ownership, any sum of money received by the latter and especially the sums representing the contributions of the co-owners to the common expenses. The same applies to the contingency fund, the self-insurance fund, all books, registers, contracts and documents that the law and the declaration of co-ownership require to be kept and preserved, as well as any immovable acquired by the syndicate unless otherwise provided for in the title of acquisition and an amendment is made to the descriptive statement of fractions to make it a common part.
