A formality by which the content or existence of a document or notice (e.g., lease, bill of sale or judgment) is made known to an interested person. Such notification may be made in particular by registered mail, email, "service, email or hand-to-hand delivery. In this regard, the co-owner who leases his private portion shall, within 15 days, notify the syndicate. He indicates the name of the tenant, the duration of the lease and the date on which he gave him a copy of the by-laws of the immovable.
