Definition : Notarial act en minute

Act executed by a notary in a single original document, called the minute. Numbered successively, the notarial act en minute includes, in all cases and at the end of the act, the mention of the minute number. This act must be filed in the notarial records so that it can be kept therein. From this minute, the notary may issue authentic copies of acts or extracts of acts of which he is the depositary.
