Definition : Notarial act en brevet

Act executed by a notary as a single or multiple original document that can be issued to the parties. No copy or authentic extract of the notarial act en brevet may be issued by the notary, who must then have signed before him as many original acts as required. Powers of attorney, authorizations, acquittances and other simple acts may be received en brevet.
