Definition : Mixed use destination

Co-ownership in which the destination of the private portions:

•  Is not uniform (for example, a building with commercial units on the ground floor and residential apartments on the upper floors);
•  Allows multiple use of all or some of the private portions (for example, the destination of a private portion could be residential and also allow the exercise of a professional activity).
