A professional, member of the Quebec Bar, consulted by a person to obtain legal advice and, in some cases, to represent and defend his interest before the Courts.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW! A syndicate of co-owners is required to be represented by a lawyer before the courts in contentious proceedings (with the exception of the Court of Québec - Small Claims Division).
