Definition : Co-ownership under the successive amendment method

Co-ownership established as part of the development of a condominium in phases. This method aims to integrate several buildings, built at various times, into the same condominium divided. There is then only one declaration of co-ownership,which is amended as subsequent buildings and land replacements are made.
