Definition : Items on the agenda

Items of the agenda allowing discussion of various subjects concerning the co-ownership, which do not require that a decision be taken by the general meeting, such as:

  • The quorum and opening of the general meeting;
  • The board of directors’ report;
  • The presentation of the financial statements;
  • The presentation of the budget forecast for consultative purposes;
  • Various subjects (varia).
