Definition : Fire

Conflagration, conflagration or simple combustion of movable or immovable property. Damage caused by fire is covered under a property insurance contract taken out by a syndicate of co-owners in accordance with the third paragraph of article 1073 of the Civil Code of Quebec, unless the insurance policy or a rider sets out, expressly and in clearly legible characters, which of this risk is excluded.
