Document prepared by a land surveyor in a single original document, called a minute. Numbered successively, the documents in minutes shall include, in all cases and at the end of the deed, the mention of the minute number and, where appropriate, the number of the lot, the nature of the transaction or document and the names of the owners and interested parties. This document must be filed in a court office so that it can be preserved. From that minute, the land surveyor can issue a true copy of the document in question.
