Definition : Declaration of registration

Document intended to be filed by the syndicate of co-owners (following its constitution) with the “Registraire des entreprises du Québec (REQ)”. This declaration of registration includes, in particular, the following information:

• The date of constitution of the syndicate of co-owners;
• The name and domicile of each director with a mention of its function;
• The date of taking office of each director and that of the end of their office;
• The name, address and capacity of the person who acts as administrator of the property of others, namely the manager;
• The date of taking office of the manager and that of the end of his office;
• The number of employees.

This document is an integral part of the register of co-ownership and shall be made available to any co-owner upon request.
