Public register containing court records for civil, criminal and penal proceedings in all courts in Québec.The register shall contain the names of the parties, the date of the sittings of the court, the nature and date of the documents and pleadings filed and brief information on the documents submitted to the tribunal and on the decisions rendered by it.
