Definition : Complementary cadastral plan

Public document prepared by a land surveyor, which illustrates - by means of a three-dimensional plan - all the private and common lots of an immovable to be subject to the regime of a vertical divided co-ownership, whose identifier is the number of the complementary cadastral plan (PC-#####). The three-dimensional element associated with the lots of a vertical cadastre means that these lots cannot be represented on the overall cadastral plan. These lots are therefore represented on a complementary cadastral plan, which is available in written version only. The complementary cadastral plan is identified on the global cadastral plan by the prefix "PC-" followed by a number consisting of five digits (PC-#####). This identifier (PC-#####) therefore makes it possible to associate the lots of a vertical cadastre with the global cadastral plan.
