Definition : Civil liability insurance of the co-owner

Compulsory insurance that covers the civil liability of a co-owner (or a member of his family), in particular because of moralmaterial damage or bodily injury that he could cause to third parties. This coverage is generally included in the home insurance policy taken out by the co-owner. The minimum compulsory amount of insurance is determined by government regulation.
