Definition : Back margin

A space that corresponds to the minimum depth of the rear yard, which extends the entire width of a lot and is located between a rear lot line and a line established parallel to it. In the absence of a lot trail, the depth of the back setup shall be established parallel to the lot front line, from the point of the lot side lines furthest from the lot front line and shall extend across the width of the lot. In the case of a corner lot, the depth is established parallel to a side lot line located on the rear wall side side of the main building and extends between another side lot line and the front setback.
