Transitional administration period of a syndicate of co-owners, longer or shorter depending on the case, during which the interim director appointed by the declarant (the developer), under the terms of the declaration of co-ownership, ensures the operation of the syndicate, until the election of a new board of directors, after the developer loses control over the meeting of co-owners.
