Definition : Opposabilité du règlement de l'immeuble

Situation qui se produit lorsque l’occupant d’une partie privative est tenu, comme les copropriétaires, de respecter les diverses dispositions du règlement de l'immeuble. Le règlement de l'immeuble est opposable à l’occupant, dès qu'un exemplaire du règlement (incluant ses modifications) lui a été remis par le copropriétaire ou, à défaut, par le syndicat de copropriétaires.
