Yvon Rudolphe is a professor, PhD student researcher and coordinator of OCVI2 at the Ivanhoé Cambridge Chair in Real Estate at ESG UQAM. He acts as a facilitator for master’s students in their research in real estate concentration. He is currently a student on a PhD in science, technology and society as part of research on the impacts of innovations in the value of sustainable buildings. He is also a member of the training committee of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec.
Previously, he was a senior consultant for Rudolf Consulting Group whose main activity is strategic planning consulting, M&A consulting, financial engineering and financing consulting as well as business, building and equipment valuation.
Its mission was to advise and offer the best strategies to encourage the efficient use of resources in the context of sustainable development in order to serve as a lever for the creation of value in net assets, both for shareholders and for other stakeholders. Among his duties, he planned and coordinated the development and management of real estate construction projects for investors.
With a bachelor’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance and a Post MBA specializing in business economic evaluation from the Université du Québec à Montréal, Yvon Rudolphe teaches the valuation of atypical and heritage buildings at UQAM in the department of strategy, social and environmental responsibility. He has worked as a specialist in the MBA Immobilier program at UQAM, the MBA in corporate finance as part of business valuation and the DESS in private wealth management at HEC Montréal. An expert consultant at the Ivanhoé Cambridge Research Chair at ESG-UQAM, he works as a real estate analyst and columnist for commercial real estate journals.
He has been a consultant for various financial institutions and companies as a financial advisor, appraiser and private equity expert. He also has strong expertise in strategic planning, marketing and finance. He is also recognized as a CMC Certified Management Consultant with the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec, which has made him a Fellow, following the recommendations of the Order’s peer members for his contribution to the profession.
He also participates in several events as a guest speaker, as a specialist and consultant in heritage and valuation for insurance value and market value. In addition, he is co-author of the Guide des pratiques en gestion de patrimoine privé of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec, published by Éditions CCH (Wolters Kluwer).
