Sean Beauchemin is an engineer who has been working in the construction industry for over 10 years. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree from Laval University, he worked for major consulting engineering firms before founding Depatie Beauchemin Consultants with a long-time friend.

Today, Depatie Beauchemin is a thriving company that works mainly in the condominium sector. As Director of Building Science, Sean is responsible for major recapitalization projects, including plans and specifications and work supervision. Sean and his team also carry out regulatory inspections of facades and multi-storey parking lots and carry out numerous assessments, in particular to diagnose structural problems or water infiltration.
