On Wednesday April 10, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., we gathered for a Condolegal webradio where we dealt with issues relating to co-ownership transactions, a notable challenge in the residential real estate sector.
We discussed this subject in the company of Me Marie-Claude Leblanc, notary and partner of the Dunton Rainville firm, Guillaume Leblond, finance director at the Quebec management firm, Lafrance & Mathieu and Nathalie Bégin, office director of Saint-Laurent RE/MAX Alliance. They shared their expertise on the best practices to adopt, for sellers, buyers, brokers, managers and administrators.
