Day determined by a law, a collective bargaining agreement or a decree and its purpose consisting to celebrate a religious, civil or national holiday. Article 61 of the Interpretation Act defines the statutory holidays. This law provides that when a deadline set for a procedure or for the accomplishment of something expires on a holiday, this deadline is extended to the next working day.
